- The non-delivery of product due to mailing issues with the email provider. In this instance, we recommend that you contact us for assistance. Claims for a refund due to this circumstance must be submitted within 7 days of the order placing date. Otherwise, the product will be assumed to have been received and downloaded.
- Problems in downloading or unzipping the files of the purchased product should be directed to the Technical Support team. Failure on your part to contact us with a problem within three days of the receipt of the product will automatically lead us to assume that the product was successfully downloaded.
- Should the products experience any major defects, they are then eligible for a refund. However, we reserve the right to rectify any claimed defects for 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint. Otherwise, Customer Service will reimburse the price of the damaged product in full or, if the customer chooses so, replace the product with another of the same or around the same value.
